Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control processes, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, performance monitoring, and defect resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
• Plan, execute, and manage internal and external quality audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze quality data and metrics, reporting on performance and trends to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), including internal and external auditing.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality assurance teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience implementing or optimizing digital quality management systems (DQMS).
