Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Direct Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our direct marketing campaigns, which include print ads, event promotions, and other offline initiatives. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they reach our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of planning, copywriting, and production
• Coordinate print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Help manage inventory of direct mail lists and assist in segmenting target audiences
• Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights for improvement
• Organize and assist in event planning, including trade shows, direct mail promotions, and local outreach efforts
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including maintaining campaign timelines and managing vendor relationships

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in direct marketing, traditional media, and consumer engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
• Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to enhance marketing strategies
• Previous experience in direct marketing, print, or event planning is a plus, but not required
