Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Discover a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact working with students from pre-K through 12th grade as a Speech Language Pathologist on a supportive team. This contract position offers flexibility in scheduling, with both full-time (37.5-39 hours/week) and part-time (19-21 hours/week) options available. You’ll help address a varied caseload across three school buildings, supporting students with a broad spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs—from nonverbal preschoolers to secondary students working on advanced goals.

Candidates who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply, and those interested in virtual (voco) roles are welcome. Onsite applicants may also be considered for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position, with virtual support from a supervising SLP.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification (or eligibility)
• Experience or strong interest in working in school settings and with pre-K to 12th grade populations
• Familiarity with a broad range of disabilities, and comfort with both nonverbal and verbal students
• Ability to manage caseloads, conduct evaluations, and provide direct/consultative therapy
• Strong organizational skills for managing IEPs, meetings, progress reports, and Medicaid billing

Key responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
• Develop, write, and manage IEPs, progress notes, and documentation
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, typically held during the school day
• Collaborate with staff and families to optimize student outcomes
• Complete Medicaid billing requirements
