What Youll Do

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members to achieve performance goals
• Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
• Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and labor management
• Maintain a positive and energetic workplace culture that drives results

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in full-service, casual dining, or QSR management
• Strong people-development and communication skills
