Position Overview

We’re seeking a self-motivated, mechanically inclined individual with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a successful, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who brings fastener-related shop experience and is eager to expand their skills. You don’t need to be an expert in every area — we’re willing to invest in the right person who shows accountability, potential, and drive.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate production equipment including:

o Cold Heading machines

o Parts Forming machines

o Thread Rolling machines

o Vibratory Bowl Feeders

o Tool-Room Experience

· Set up and change tooling on fastener machinery (as capable)

· Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

· Read and interpret part prints and tooling blueprints

· Use calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

· Prioritize and manage multiple tasks when needed

· Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

· Work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Preferred Skills & Experience

Not all are required, but the more the better!

· Cold Heading and Thread Rolling machine experience

· Mechanical aptitude and fabrication ability

· Experience operating forklifts (certification a plus)

· Strong organizational habits

· Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues independently

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Fastener or metal-forming shop experience required (minimum entry requirement)
