As an Operational Excellence Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Operational Excellence Partners (OEPs). Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and generating reports, ensuring each detail is attended to with organized precision. You will assist in creating and validating essential procedures, systems maps, and operational documentation while maintaining well-organized department folders. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you lead monthly operational support meetings and act as the primary point of contact for annual due diligence and user reviews.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, particularly when writing and editing technical documents that support leadership initiatives. With punctuality and consistent onsite attendance being paramount, you will contribute to a high-performance culture that embraces passion and forward-thinking in every operational task.

To thrive as an Operational Excellence Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you will need a blend of essential skills that foster both collaboration and individual effectiveness. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial institution or in an administrative support role is vital. Being exceptionally organized and having solid planning skills will help you manage multiple tasks, such as documenting operational processes and coordinating meetings. Excellent inter-personal, oral, and written communication skills are crucial for conveying ideas clearly and building rapport with team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary for data management and presentation.
