Job Description:

We are hiring a sharp, execution-focused Credit Analyst to underwrite residential bridge and construction loans. You’ll work directly with leadership on real deals — fast-paced, high accountability, no bureaucracy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can analyze deals, make decisions, and move capital with confidence.

Underwriting , Reviewing & Credit Analysis

• Underwrite bridge, rehab, rental, and ground-up residential deals
• Analyze borrowers, markets, budgets, and exit strategies
• Build financial models and deal memos
• Evaluate LTV, LTC, ARV, DSCR, and collateral strength

Due Diligence & Structuring

• Review appraisals, title, insurance, and third-party reports
• Recommend loan terms within defined risk parameters
• Help structure covenants and construction draw schedules

Closings & Execution

• Drive deals from term sheet to funding
• Coordinate with borrowers, legal, and title partners
• Maintain clean, accurate loan files and documentation

Platform Build

• Help refine underwriting standards and workflows
• Improve credit processes and reporting infrastructure

Requirements

• 2–6 years in private lending, residential loans, real estate credit, or FixnFlip underwriting
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Deep knowledge of LTV, RTL, LTC, ARV, DSCR, Bridge, and credit fundamentals
• Experience reviewing borrower financials and deal docs
• Experience with LendingPad or similar LOS/LMS
• Exposure to Northeast markets (NY/NJ/CT/PA)
• MLO or real estate license
• Clear communicator with strong judgment and ownership mindset
• Note: Not looking for QM, Non QM home loan officers.
