Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations and production activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet output targets.
• Manage plant budget, allocate resources effectively, and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant management team and workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and operational procedures.
• Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, quality, and logistics.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in managing plant safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance programs.
• Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and strategic planning within a manufacturing context.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• Master's degree in a technical field or MBA
• Experience with advanced manufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives
