Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and execute timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Install, commission, and test new production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical diploma or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, or a related mechanical field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical failures.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced welding or fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PLC-controlled systems or industrial robotics.
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
