Seeking a Dental Office Manager with strong leadership qualities to work closely with the doctor and other team members to ensure aspects of the practice from financial to patient flow are running smoothly. As the "go-to" person in the office, being organized, experienced in accounts payable and accounting while being a positive hard-working individual is vital to the team. Dental knowledge is helpful.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Managing accounts payable for the practice
- Creating, balancing and analyzing monthly/yearly practice and financial reports
- Reconciling bank and credit statements
- Administering payroll operations
- Overseeing collections and aged claims
- Monitoring office technology and software
- Ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Completing annual 401K Compliance and Census
- Completion of annual WC Audit
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors
Recommended Education/Skills:
- Associates degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or relevant experience
- Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping in Quickbooks
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Computer, technical and math proficiency
- Passion for customer service
- Maturity, tact, integrity, honesty and confidential
