About M22 Detailing

M22 Detailing is a high-end automotive and marine detailing shop based in Traverse City. We

specialize in paint protection film, ceramic coatings, tint, and premium detailing services.

We are growing quickly and are currently booking out weeks in advance. Because of that, we

are looking to bring on the right person to grow with us and help us continue delivering top-tier

work.

Position Overview

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to get into the automotive and

marine detailing industry the right way.

No experience is required.

We prefer to train our team from the ground up so everything is done to M22 standards from

day one.

For the first 6 months, your focus will be:

-Exterior washes

-Interior detailing

-Supporting higher-level technicians

From there, we will evaluate performance and begin training into higher-level services like paint

correction, coatings, and film. What We’re Looking For

Requirements

-Must be at least 18 years old

-Valid driver’s license

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to be on your feet and work with your hands for extended periods

-Willingness to work hard and learn every day

What You’ll Be Doing (First 6 Months)

-Exterior vehicle and boat washes

-Interior deep cleaning and detailing

-Assisting with shop prep and cleanup

-Supporting senior technicians on larger jobs

-Learning M22 Hospitality, systems, processes, and standards
