Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues affecting production.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems in a timely manner.
• Install and commission new production equipment and machinery.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery for optimal operational performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality standards during operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
• Demonstrated experience with preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).
• Solid troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical and basic electrical faults.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in welding or fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certifications in specialized diagnostic techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
