Administrative/Billing Assistant
This Administrative/Billing Assistant role in our Rosebush, MI office supports day-to-day operations through data entry, filing, and Excel reporting. This is an ideal position for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail. Essential Duties:
- Compliance - Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts and SOP.
- Travel Arrangements - Booking of travel and hotels for employees.
- Record Keeping - Maintaining organized filing systems.
- Event Planning - Assisting with event planning and coordination.
- Expenses - Collecting, organizing, and fulfilling expenses and expense reports.
- Report Generation - Preparing, editing, and distributing reports and documents.
- Office Supply Management - Ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
- Other Administrative Tasks - Assisting with various other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Meticulous, accurate, and timely work product with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to problem solve, take initiative, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work as a team or independently.
- High school Diploma or equivalent is required
- The physical activity required for this role includes:
- Sitting for extended periods in an office environment
- Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching
- Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment
- Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
