What You’ll Do

• Consult with inbound borrowers to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
• Originate and structure residential mortgage loans from application through closing
• Analyze borrower financials, credit profiles, and supporting documentation
• Maintain proactive communication with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay current on loan products, lending guidelines, compliance requirements, and market trends
• Deliver a high-quality client experience throughout the loan process

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required
• Proven track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Officer or Mortgage Originator
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other residential loan products
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
