CNC Machinist Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $27.00 to $32.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, materials, GD&T symbols, and machining parameters
• Program machining operations including setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and verifying part programs
• Set up machines by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, fixtures, collets, bushings, and attachments
• Verify machine settings by measuring first run and sample workpieces
• Monitor all machining operations, detect malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and adjust or reprogram controls as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure equipment is running efficiently
• Document production activities, quality checks, and shift communication logs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Strong understanding of machining principles, various materials, and how material behavior impacts machining results
• Experience with multi axis machining; 5 axis experience preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, problemsolve, and adjust CNC programs confidently
• Ability to follow all company and customer quality standards to produce accurate, defect free parts
