We are a custom metal fabrication company seeking skilled Welders to join our team. This is a hands-on, advanced-level role requiring precision, independence, and versatility across multiple welding disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD layouts
• TIG, MIG, and aluminum welding on stainless steel and mild steel components
• Fabricate and assemble structures such as hoppers, conveyors, frames, gates, and railings
• Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing to meet cosmetic and structural requirements
• Maintain high quality standards and safety practices throughout each project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Strong working knowledge of TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and general metal finishing
• Proven ability to work from both hand-drawn and CAD-based blueprints
• Must hold a valid driver’s license

This is not an entry-level position. Only experienced fabricators will be considered.
