We Offer

Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 8:00am – 5:00pm, OT as needed

Hourly Rate of Pay: $23.05/hour

Sign On Bonus: $1500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months - must not be on a corrective action for attendance)

Primary Function

The Material Handler - (1st Shift) is responsible for transferring manufactured items to the warehouse and from the warehouse. The Material Handler -will operate liquefied gas, or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift to move products or materials.

Responsibilities

1. Will perform Material Handler functions as needed in accordance with required work instructions, such as forklift license and use of Warehouse scanners.
2. Will be required to learn all duties in the Warehouse including receiving product from the trailers, covering the floor by filling issues and pulling finished goods, supporting Service Parts and pulling shipments.
3. Must be able to perform system transactions.
4. Must make accurate and precise transactions.
5. Must be flexible and willing to work in different areas and on different tasks
6. Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack and a forklift with Clamp
7. Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift, without the need to sit down
8. Comply with all the safety, quality, and procedure requirements as noted in the applicable Work Instructions.
9. Will use RF scanner for transactions.
10. Will train in picking orders in Warehouse for Made To Order, stock and production, with accuracy being a priority.
11. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
    
    

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED Required
• 1 year of related work experience
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and the aptitude to obtain a company forklift license prior to performing forklift duties
• Experience and knowledge of the commercial boilers, water heaters and pool heaters preferred
• Excellent communication skills via written and oral
• Safety record, promotes a safe and organized work area.
• Basic computer knowledge, SAP experience preferred
• Must be a self-starter, well organized, able to work both independently and as a team member, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
