Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound calling and market research. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively engage potential clients and contribute to our business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Utilize Selling.com and Autotask software to track leads, manage relationships, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
- Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that support lead generation efforts.
- Training will be provided.
Skills
- Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation within a technology sales environment.
- Familiarity with Selling.com or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
