Join Our Team as a CNC Lathe Set-Up/Operator in Port Huron, MI
Pay Rate: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime Required | Flexible Scheduling Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for both metallic and non-metallic materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings

• Install tooling, select proper cutting tools, and verify machine specs

• Perform quality checks using gauges, calipers, and micrometers

• Troubleshoot issues and make manual adjustments when needed

• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of CNC or machine operation experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong blueprint reading and math skills (shop math, geometry, algebra)

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs occasionally and work on your feet for long periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
