Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Install, commission, and modify new and existing production machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and GMP standards.
• Conduct diagnostic checks and predictive maintenance to identify potential failures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication
• Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• HVAC certification or experience with industrial HVAC systems
