Position Summary
The Director of Operations & Process Excellence is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, alongside the Visionary/CEO, VP of Sales, Finance Manager, and Purchasing Leader. This critical role is designed for a leader who thrives in creating and implementing operational strategy, scaling processes and systems, and driving operational excellence while overseeing day-to-day execution.
Ideal candidates will be experienced Plant Managers, Senior Operations Managers, or small-company VPs of Operations who are ready to take on broader strategic leadership in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment at a fast growing medical parts sales and part repair business.
This is not a traditional "Operations Manager" role. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems, deploying operations technology to maximize productivity, create and drive production planning and scheduling, optimizing cross-functional processes, and building the infrastructure needed to support ENDOCORP’s rapid growth. Your time will be split evenly between strategic planning and executional leadership.
You’ll own, lead, and manage production planning and scheduling, order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory, material handling, and shipping—while elevating and executing our strategy for our new, high-skill, labor-intensive CCD (camera) repair division focused on precision electronic rework and restoration , while working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Purchasing to ensure we meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
This is an opportunity to guide ENDOCORP through its next stage of operational maturity while laying the foundation for future growth across new product lines and service capabilities.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Production Planning & Scheduling : You will be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing a production planning and scheduling function from the ground up . This includes building processes where none currently exist, aligning them to demand forecasts and fulfillment priorities . Success in this role requires deep experience in selecting, configuring, and implementing software tools that enable scalable, real-time production planning and cross-functional visibility.
- CCD Division Strategy : Own and lead the CCD Division, including its people, processes, and performance. You will be directly responsible for building and executing the division’s future-state vision , scaling capabilities in manual wire harness rework, CCD board repair, and precision electronic restoration . This is a hands-on, technician-driven operation , and your role will be to develop and manage the team, optimize workflows, ensure quality standards, and align all activity to company-wide goals for growth, service, and profitability.
- System & Software Deployment : Take full ownership of selecting, implementing, and operationalizing the production planning software stack (e.g., DEAR Systems / CIN7, NetSuite ). You will be responsible for aligning system capabilities with business needs, ensuring seamless integration across planning, inventory, fulfillment, and reporting functions to support scalable, data-driven operations.
- Process Optimization : Lead the implementation of Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, and optimizing workflows to improve throughput, quality, and scalability across ENDOCORP's divisions.
- Operational Core Processes : Own the definition, documentation, and enforcement of standardized operational processes in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 . Ensure core processes are consistently followed, audit-ready, and continuously refined to support quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Executive Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Finance, and Purchasing teams to ensure full alignment on forecasting, materials planning, and production capacity . You will play a central role in turning sales pipelines and inventory plans into actionable production and fulfillment strategies.
- Metrics Management : Establish and lead a structured KPI framework and operating cadence (daily, weekly, monthly) to measure, manage, and improve performance across operations. Ensure visibility into key metrics and drive accountability for outcomes through structured reporting and review rhythms.
Operational Execution & Team Leadership
Department Management: Directly lead the Shipping, Inventory, and Material Handling teams. Ensure alignment with division leaders from CCD, Parts, and Endoscope Services to drive seamless day-to-day execution across functions.
LMA (Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable): Own full EOS leadership for your teams. Use EOS tools to lead, manage, and hold all direct reports accountable , ensuring clarity of roles, performance standards, and scorecard results.
Production & Fulfillment Execution : Ensure consistent, on-time and error-free delivery of parts and products. Lead daily coordination to align fulfillment output with customer commitments and production plans.
Pack & Ship Ready (PSR) Program: Own and drive the Pack & Ship Ready (PSR) initiative to maintain ENDOCORP’s top 300 SKUs in a ship-ready state—ensuring fast turnaround, reduced lead times, and reliable availability.
Operational Troubleshooting : Proactively identify and resolve workflow breakdowns, system gaps, and bottlenecks across operations. Escalate and solve issues quickly to maintain production continuity and quality.
Customer Fulfillment Alignment : Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure operational performance consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations , especially around delivery, accuracy, and responsiveness.
Training, SOPs & Documentation : Own the development, maintenance, and deployment of job descriptions, onboarding plans, and updated SOPs for all operations roles. Align documentation with ENDOCORP University standards and ensure every team member is trained to execute with precision.

Who Should Apply
This role is for builders, not just operators. You’ve led teams, implemented systems, and driven performance—but now you’re looking for something bigger: a blank canvas where your full operational skill set can transform a company’s future.
It’s also a rare opportunity for those ready to move beyond the constraints of large, slow-moving corporate environments—particularly in industries like automotive where volatility, overengineering, and red tape can stifle innovation. At ENDOCORP, you’ll step into the agility and purpose of the medical industry , where your work directly supports life-saving technologies and where smart decisions translate into real outcomes—fast.
You’ll own the entire operations function as if it were your own business—building, refining, and scaling everything from production planning to fulfillment, from core processes to KPI cadences. Your impact will be visible, measurable, and lasting .
At ENDOCORP, operations isn’t an afterthought—it’s the engine of growth . As Director of Operations, you’ll lead that engine with full authority, visibility, and executive support. You’ll have the autonomy to make key decisions, build your team, and leave your mark on a company that’s redefining sustainability in medical device repair.
This role is ideal for candidates who:
Have served as a Plant Manager , Senior Operations Manager , or Director/VP of Operations in a small- to mid-sized company—and are now ready to step fully into executive-level ownership .
Want to design and build operational systems from scratch , not just manage what’s already there.
Are deeply familiar with the EOS model , and thrive in companies where vision, traction, and accountability drive results.
Are energized by hands-on leadership in a high-skill, technician-driven environment , and excited by the challenge of scaling something that directly impacts lives through medical equipment sustainability.
See this as a chance to build their legacy —to put their name behind an operation that they transformed and matured into an industry-leading model.
ENDOCORP. One Part, One Patient.
