Overview:
We’re hiring a hands-on Pattern Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for designing and manufacturing custom components and change parts for industrial equipment. This role combines leadership with active engineering contribution in a production-focused environment.



Must-Haves:

• Minimum 3+ years in similar manufacturing engineering capacity
• Lead, mentor, and / or coaching of 3 to 5 direct reports
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Strong ERP experience, ideally Syteline or similar

Nice-to-Haves:

• Packaging industry
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering discipline (i.e., BSME)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in design, production support, and day-to-day operations
• Drive daily production execution by managing schedules, assigning work, and ensuring on-time delivery across capital, aftermarket, and warranty projects
• Conduct design reviews and manage engineering changes within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and manufacturability
• Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, aftermarket, service teams, and leadership to resolve issues and support customer needs (including occasional field support)
• Monitor workflow, maintain documentation and inventory accuracy, and uphold a safe, efficient shop environment
