Removable Lab Manager

Expertec Dental Laboratory, Inc. is a full-service dental laboratory committed to delivering

high-quality prosthetics with precision and care. We are currently seeking an experienced and

motivated Removable Lab Manager to lead our removable prosthetics department and support

our growth in digital and traditional workflows.

Position Overview:

The Removable Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the

removable department, including dentures, partials, and other removable prosthetics. This role

ensures quality control, workflow efficiency, team development, and collaboration with other

departments to maintain exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the removable department team (technicians, support staff).

● Oversee case flow, production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.

● Ensure quality standards and fabrication protocols are met or exceeded.

● Implement and monitor digital workflows where applicable.

● Train and mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and foster a positive work

environment.

● Communicate with clinicians and internal departments to resolve technical issues.

● Maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the lab area.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on removable prosthetics experience, including full and

partial dentures.

● Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a dental laboratory setting required.

● Strong understanding of traditional and digital removable processes.

● Excellent organizational and communication skills.

● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the team.
