Tax & Treasury Director
Kforce has a client in Holland, MI that is seeking a Tax & Treasury Director. Summary: A Family Wealth Office along Michigan's lakeshore is seeking a senior Tax & Treasury professional to lead tax strategy, cash management, and select insurance oversight for a multi-entity family enterprise. This role reports to the CFO and works closely with family stakeholders, requiring exceptional judgment and confidentiality. Responsibilities:
- Lead tax planning and compliance for family members and related entities
- Support estate and trust planning alongside external advisors
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
- Oversee insurance renewals and broker relationships
- Partner with external firms on complex tax matters
- CPA required
- Strong partnership tax experience required
- Exposure to estates/trusts and high-net-worth clients
- Treasury/cash flow forecasting experience
- Proven ability to operate in a highly confidential, family-facing environment
- Public accounting backgrounds welcome with relevant experience
