Office Finance Admin

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Dealership Finance Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of daily deposits and petty cash.

- Assist with floorplan audits and reconciliation.

- Post reserve statements, funding notices, rebates, and incentives.

- Reconcile accounting schedules and statements.

- Title Work, including filling out titles for customer trade-ins and customer payoffs.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
