Compensation: Base + Commission (Uncapped Earning Potential)

The Kelsie Porter Agency is expanding! We’re looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join our Howell team as an Insurance Agent in Training. Key Responsibilities

• Grow your network and client base through proactive outreach, referrals, and community involvement

• Educate clients on a wide range of coverage options: auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance

• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to design tailored insurance solutions for each client

• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and consultations to presenting recommendations and closing deals

• Build enduring client relationships with regular reviews, check-ins, and excellent ongoing service

• Consistently pursue and exceed sales targets while focusing on delivering long-term value

• Keep current on industry trends, product updates, and Farmers Insurance offerings

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to drive sales success

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required)

• Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)

• Bilingual skills are a plus
