Every precision cut you make turns into a reliable tool used to build aircraft and spacecraft. We need a technician who can own complex setups, think ahead, and keep production flowing without sacrificing accuracy.

Your impact

• Independently set up, adjust, and run CNC milling machines on both 3-axis and 5-axis work.
• Read and act on blueprints and engineering drawings; leverage GD&T to hit spec.
• Program at the control when needed and confidently edit G-code/M-code.
• Choose tooling, establish offsets, validate paths, and problem-solve on the fly.
• Apply troubleshooting skills and perform basic CNC machine repair to minimize downtime.
• Use manual machining skills to complement CNC operations when appropriate.
• Meet deadlines and understand the downstream impact on projects and customers.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience with CNC machines (Required).
• 2+ years operating CNC milling machines (Required).
• Proven 3-axis and 5-axis machining capability (Required).
• Hands-on experience with Fidia C20, TPI 2000, Fanuc OiMD, Siemens, and Fadal machines (Required).
• Strong math aptitude, excellent communication, and a detail-first mindset.
• Previous experience in the Aerospace industry is a plus.
