ResponsibilitiesPolicy Management: Maintain and manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring all policies are up to date and meet customer needs.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Insurance Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on policy coverage, changes, and other insurance-related matters, tailored to meet their individual needs.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and clarity throughout.
Record Keeping: Diligently document client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information to maintain accurate client files.
Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry changes and insurance products to provide well-informed advice to clients.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess a current and active Property & Casualty License.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or insurance account management preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
