We are a plaintiff law firm based in Oakland County, Michigan, seeking an aggressive and experienced litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in handling auto injur, dog bite and premises liability cases and should be passionate about representing injured clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to trial
• Conduct all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and appear in court on behalf of clients
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance adjusters
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure excellent client service

Qualifications:

• 3 to 10 years experience handling auto/truck accisenrs, dog bite, and premises liabiiltiy cases
• Passionate about representing injured clients, we encourage you to apply
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
