As a Weekend Cleanroom Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of components used in medical devices. You will work in a cleanroom environment that requires the use of personal protective equipment, contributing to our mission of saving lives.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations, following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
• Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products.
• Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Operate packaging machines.
• Box and apply labeling materials.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing experience required.
• General labor skills.
• Ability to work in cleanroom conditions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Experience using measuring devices and hand tools.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment with personal protective equipment required, including eyewear, ear plugs, hair net, and protective gowning. The shifts are either 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Must also work one other day during the week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
