ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (FAMILY OFFICE) - BLOOMFIELD HILLS/BIRMINGHAM, MI
Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, entry level Administrative Assistant to join their small, professional family office. This position will report directly to the
Senior Executive Assistant while also providing support to other team members as needed.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and eager to learn the established processes of the office. We are looking for someone who is not only a strong team player but also committed to building a long-term career within a stable and collaborative work environment.
$60,000-$70,000 plus excellent benefits including 401K with company match and generous PTO.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and other team members.
- Learn and adapt office processes to effectively mirror and support the Senior Executive Assistant’s workflow.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee and manage office inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee charitable donations, including tracking and maintaining Excel ledger records for various projects.
- Review and process incoming invoices.
- Assist with dining reservations and personal appointments.
- Occasional errands.

- Tech-savvy and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Able to work well under pressure.
