Responsibilities

• Dispatch Operations: Coordinate and dispatch towing services for customers, ensuring timely and efficient responses to service calls, including 911 calls.
• Communication and Customer Service: Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly assess situations to determine the best course of action, particularly in high-pressure or emergency scenarios.
• Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response efforts for breakdowns, accidents, or other urgent towing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dispatcher in the heavy truck towing or transportation industry.
• Technology: Proficiency in using software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
