What We Do:
AccordWare provides an online benefit enrollment solution and related HR technology support for our clients that makes benefit administration and enrollment easy. We emphasize top notch client care with innovative technology using our proprietary benefits administration system – BenXpress.
What You Will Do:
As a Client Benefits Data Analyst, you would support our client service team in the ongoing maintenance of the client website and will serve as a main point of contact for clients, carriers, and brokers. You will manage the integrity and processing of our client’s data both incoming and outgoing and should be detail oriented and able to problem solve as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Process incoming client files on a daily/weekly/annual basis
· Execute ongoing audits and file reviews to ensure data accuracy and client specific procedures
· Troubleshoot client inquiries and discrepancies and provide timely resolution
· Collaborate with internal teams on system configuration and testing to meet client requirements for implementations, open enrollment, and special projects
· Maintain a positive relationship with clients and carriers by providing high quality service and communication
· Work with carriers on initial file implementations, ongoing updates, and requests, including review of carrier and internal discrepancy reporting
What we are looking for:
· Ideal candidates will possess a background with benefit administration systems or other Human Capital Management platforms (HCM)
· Experience with carrier files (or EDI in general) is also plus
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Office products
· Experience with data, including data interpretation and
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box
· Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to enact the necessary change for success
· Ability to keep cool in high stress situations – especially during the busy season
