Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor relationships.
• Establish and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance within maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMMS software, preventive/predictive maintenance techniques, and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing or optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
