Ive proudly owned my State Farm agency for nearly five years and lead a close-knit team of four. With my background as a U.S. Army Captain and a Michigan State graduate (Go Green!), I bring leadership, dedication, and teamwork into everything we do. Our culture is professional but relaxedwe keep snacks and drinks stocked for the team, enjoy periodic lunches together, and celebrate wins as a group. Outside the office, Im a husband and dad to two young boys, so I know the importance of balancing work, family, and community. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacob Asbury - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
