Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight needs. While we aim for weekly home time, some drivers may experience two-week stretches. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and features trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our loads mainly comprise automotive goods for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay structure is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily extend east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee dependable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can be eligible for dedicated accounts.
