Manager - Financial Reporting POST NUMBER: 442912

Our Wayne County client has engaged us to to identify an Financial Reporting Manager. The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for various types of analysis, including variance, cash flow, data, profitability and performance analysis. In addition, the Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing both internal and external reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and statutory reporting. The Financial Reporting Manager will also be responsible for managing the chart of accounts and the general ledger.

The ideal Financial Reporting Manager should have 3 to 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at two years in public accounting experience. The ideal candidate must also have strong analysis and reporting experience. In addition, the ideal candidate would have real estate, financial services, legal, insurance or similar industry experience. Prior experience utilizing a large ERP, such as SAP or NetSuite is required. Strong Excel experience including pivot tables and v/h/xlookups and macros is required. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or equivalent major required. CPA and/or MBA highly preferred.

Compensation: Base salary for this position will range between $115,000 and $140,000, depending on skills and experience.
