FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, providing senior management with key performance indicators and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including variance and trend analysis to ensure accuracy.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and review of departmental budgets.
Monitor financial performance, providing recommendations and insights for improvements.
Continuously enhance financial planning processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
