Timothy Walsh's-Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a motivated Agent in Training to help grow a strong client base and drive new business production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and enjoys working with people to provide real solutions that make a difference.

In this sales-focused position, you'll take the lead in generating new business, closing deals, and helping clients find insurance coverage tailored to their needs. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with agency leadership and play a key role in shaping the growth and success of the team.

Career Growth Opportunities

• Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell personal lines products such as Auto, Home, and Life
• Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up on open opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals in premium, policy count, and Life sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships

• Sales experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
• (If not currently licensed, licensing support will be provided, Licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a strong sales pipeline
