As a **Security Professional - Corporate Institution Patrol Driver** in **Bloomfield, CT** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution setting, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will play a key role in supporting a positive experience for those on site. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents during each shift.
+ Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding any issues or incidents that arise on site.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
+ Remain alert and observant to changes in the environment, reporting any suspicious activity or unusual circumstances appropriately.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
