Now Hiring: Housekeeping Team Member BeachWay Resort & BaySide Inn Bed & Breakfast – near oval beach, and in Downtown Saugatuck. **Seasonal work, until end of October**

Looking for a meaningful part-time role in a relaxed, guest-centered environment? BeachWay Resort & BaySide Inn are locally owned and operated in Saugatuck.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our housekeeping team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys being part of a small, friendly team.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean guest rooms and common areas to a high standard—with an eye for detail and efficiency
• Handle laundry and light outdoor upkeep (watering plants, wiping patio tables, etc.)
• Monitor rooms for any damage or maintenance needs & report them to management in a timely manner
• Interact with guests in a warm, professional manner when needed
• Support the team and help with other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability, a positive attitude, and an eye for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs (laundry baskets, vacuums, etc.)
• Willingness to work weekends or flexible shifts as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong understanding of housekeeping and janitorial practices
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
