Location: Jackson, MS & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility)

Travel: Local travel to patient homes (~20% of the day)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes as part of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic treatment
• Help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life
• Document and report on patient progress using EMR systems
• Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques and rehabilitation exercises

✅ What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (home health preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Comfort using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding care

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Flexible case load with support from dedicated schedulers
