Location: Jackson, MS & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility)
Travel: Local travel to patient homes (~20% of the day)

What You’ll Do
- Deliver skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes as part of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic treatment
- Help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life
- Document and report on patient progress using EMR systems
- Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques and rehabilitation exercises
✅ What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (home health preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Comfort using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding care
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Flexible case load with support from dedicated schedulers
