Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning

Temperform in Novi, MI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning employee to join our team. This person will handle general day-to-day building cleaning as well as building and grounds maintenance duties through all facilities and property. This person will operate in response to requests from the Maintenance Manager.

Pay & Schedule:

• $16.00/HR plus $2.00 shift differential
• 2nd Shift or Blended Shift (schedule TBD)

What You’ll Do:

• Clean office and foundry restrooms as well as office spaces on a regular basis.
• Clean employee lunchroom regularly.
• Operate snow removal equipment during winter months and keep all parking lots, walkways and building entrances cleared and safe.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to make sure the grounds and buildings are always properly cared for.
• Maintain building appearance and cleanliness, this may include moving office equipment/space as needed.
• Makes regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensure emergency lights, signage, and safety stations are clean and in working order throughout all facilities.
• Painting interior and exterior as required.
• Provide assistance to the maintenance staff on projects and equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred and property management experience is a plus.
• Minimum of two years of facilities maintenance experience preferred
