Technical Program Manager III | Up to $140/hr
This is a remote position.
We are sharing a specialised full-time program leadership opportunity for professionals with deep experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. The role involves partnering closely with engineering, product, and operational stakeholders to manage technical programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment, resource planning, and execution across diverse organizational units.
The selected expert will apply strong technical judgment and program governance skills to drive delivery of high-impact features, systems, and technologies within fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee complex technical programs across multiple teams and disciplines
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Ensure alignment on program goals, milestones, and delivery readiness
• Communicate program status, progress, and risks to leadership and stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional workflows and dependencies to keep programs on track
• Support execution from early concept through delivery
Ideal Profile:
Strong candidates may have experience in:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated experience in technical program management or related roles
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and cross-functional partners
• Master’s degree or experience in technology industry (preferred)
No prior AI experience required — technical program leadership and strong cross-functional coordination are the core qualifications.
