We’re Wyo Stays, a premium property management company based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We manage stunning vacation rentals and long-term homes across the area, and we’re obsessed with delivering white-glove experiences for our guests and clients.

THE JOB:

Title: Cleaner + Property Inspector
Location: Sheridan, WY (local travel required)
Type: Part-time to start; potential for full-time
Pay:

• Training starts at $15/hour
• Pay increases fast with performance, consistency, and initiative.
• Bonuses for 5-star reviews, same-day turnovers, and special ops.

Duties:

• Clean vacation rentals and long-term homes to hotel-level standards
• Inspect properties after cleanings for guest readiness
• Follow checklists like a champ, add your own magic where it counts
• Report damage, supply needs, or maintenance issues via our app
• Be the eyes and ears of Wyo Stays — you’re the final quality control
