Pay Rate: Up to $28/hr

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to support the clinical team by providing excellent patient care and ensuring smooth office operations in a team-based environment. This role involves a variety of clinical duties with significant opportunities to learn and grow. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

• Prepare treatment rooms by following prescribed procedures and ensuring readiness for patient care.

• Welcome, comfort, seat, and drape patients prior to treatment.

• Sterilize and deliver instruments; provide suction and pass instruments during procedures.

• Select, mix, and place dental materials as directed.

• Take and develop radiographs; pour, trim, and polish study casts.

• Fabricate temporary restorations and clean/polish removable appliances.

• Assist in dental/medical emergencies (maintain CPR certification).

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative care.

• Chart treatment and dental services in patient records.

• Adhere to infection control policies, HIPAA compliance, and safety standards.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops and networking.

• Support colleagues and contribute to team success.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required:

• Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.

• CPR certification.

• X-ray training or certification.

Preferred:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
