Job Title: Female Bathroom Attendant

Location: The B.O.B. Grand Rapids, MI
Reports To: General Manager / Security Managers
Department: Guest Services

Position Summary:

The Female Bathroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and guest experience of the womens restroom facilities at The B.O.B. This position provides direct support to female guests by ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming restroom environment, as well as assisting with minor guest needs during operating hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the womens restroom throughout the shift.

Restock supplies (paper products, soap, personal items, etc.) as needed.

Provide courteous, professional, and discreet assistance to female guests.

Monitor restroom conditions and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Support the venues guest service standards by ensuring a positive, upscale experience.

Maintain awareness of guest safety and immediately report any suspicious or unsafe activity to management or security.

Follow all company health, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial, or guest service roles preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Must maintain discretion and professionalism in a guest-facing environment.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, high-volume nightlife and entertainment venue.

Evening and weekend availability required.

Position requires frequent walking, bending, and standing in restroom areas.

Schedule Requirements:

Friday's & Saturday's from 7pm to 2am
