Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a K-12 school setting in Mason, MI. The role is full-time or part-time for the 2025-2026 school year, specifically covering a leave of absence on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress regularly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education and speech therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
