Accounting Assistant – Real Estate / Property Management
Location: Troy, MI

KIRCO and SK Medical Management are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our accounting team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and love supporting a fast-moving team, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices, payables, and bi-monthly check runs
• Record and deposit funds for multiple properties
• Assist with year-end 1099s and filings
• Support Staff Accountants and Property Managers with day-to-day accounting tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Associates degree + prior accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (Yardi a plus!)
• Customer-focused, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a team environment
