Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, operational technology (OT) systems, and network connectivity across manufacturing facilities.
• Manage and optimize manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, SCADA, and other production-critical applications.
• Ensure the cybersecurity, reliability, and uptime of all IT and OT systems to support continuous production operations.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new technologies to enhance production efficiency, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to identify and address technology needs and challenges.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and IT policies aligned with manufacturing business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and support for shop floor data acquisition, industrial controls, and automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise with manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, and SCADA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Experience leading IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to align IT strategy with business objectives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLM platforms.
• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with cybersecurity specifically for industrial control systems (ICS).
